JESSE JAMES METHOD™ TREATMENT.
INITIAL BODY RESET and ASSESSMENT: 3-hour session Three hours will fly by as something magical happens when your automatic nervous system goes into a relaxed state and your fight or flight response backs down. As this happens, Jesse is able to work with your body (rather than against it) to relieve pain, promote healing, and begin resetting your body to its highest, natural state.
BEGINNING: Jesse begins by assessing your entire body with an hour of reflexology on your feet. During this first hour, he maps out your body, noticing where you hold tension or pain. He also unlocks portions of your body through a focused rocking motion of your hips and spine.
MIDDLE: Jesse then moves gradually up your body, releasing and resetting your calves or your hips; then your upper shoulders, arms, and/or ribcage. This part of the session may involve some discomfort, but as a highly trained therapist, Jesse works with you to focus your breathing. You’ll often experience immediate, transformational results that make any discomfort well worthwhile.
END: After completing this initial reset and assessment portion of your treatment process, Jesse will know where your body is still holding pain and what it will take to fully reset your body. In consultation with you, Jesse will then recommend that you either (a) move to a series of follow-up sessions that focus on specific areas of your body for further treatment, or (b) move to a monthly maintenance plan, ensuring your body does not slide backwards from the progress you’ve already made.
When you move to a series of follow-up sessions, you will schedule your first focused session within 3-5 days after your initial reset and assessment session. During these focused, two-hour sessions, Jesse will address in detail and one-by-one, all the problems he came across in your initial session.
During the first two-hour session, for example, he might only work on your hips; then the next two hour-session just on your neck and shoulders; then the next session your legs, and so on, until he is working your full body.
After several sessions, your body has enough muscle memory to know what’s coming, so he can move through and reset each area more quickly. Save 25% when you schedule 5 two-hour sessions or 3 two-hour sessions, depending on the assessment during your initial reset and assessment session. Sessions are scheduled a week apart. Packages are designed to expire 90 days from date of purchase.

After resetting your entire body, Jesse recommends at least 2 to 4 hours per month to maintain your body’s optimum health, strength, and vitality. At this point, your body’s muscle memory will enable Jesse to reset each area with speed and ease. You have the flexibility to schedule as 1, 2 or 3 hours for each session. *1 year monthly agreement that can be shared with household members. Early termination fees apply.
